Quasi Double Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer principle is that the light emitted by the same monochromator is divided into two beams by the beam splitting device, and one beam directly reaches the reference receiver (hidden in the inside the instrument), another beam of light hits the sample and reaches another receiver.
The advantage is that it can offset the influence of light source changes and circuit changes on data stability, thereby improving the stability of the instrument.
